Mrs. Parrott, 81, died Friday in the Elmhurst Nursing Home. Born April 1, 1986, in Germany, she is survived by daughters Ruth Dawson of Adddison and Helen Dittus of Crestwood, Mo., four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Interment was in Mount Emblem Cemetery, Elmhurst.

Mrs. Olsen lived in Elgin for more than 50 years prior to her move to Cary.

Survivors include her daughters, Janet (Jim) Biggerstaff of Crystal Lake, Sue (Lance) Hansen of DeKalb, and Sallie (Mike) Sullivan of Osweo; her sons, Tom (Michelle) Olsen of Barrington and Ted Olsen of Cary; five grandchildren; and her brother, William (Loretta) Parrott of St. Charles.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ted, in 1985, and one brother.
